Do you create the content, or do I need to provide it?
We handle full content creation — high-quality graphics, video, and everything in between. No need to hand us anything unless you want to.
Do you come and film/photograph our content?
Yes! We offer on-location content shoots in Stratford, London, and Kitchener-Waterloo. If you're outside that area and still want content captured on-site, reach out anyway — we'll see if we can make it work.
When will results be visible?
Most clients begin seeing measurable results within the first 6-8 weeks of the partnership.
What if I don't like a post before it goes live?
Every post is approved by you before it goes live — nothing gets published without your green light.
How often will I hear from you?
You'll get a detailed performance report every month, plus a bi-weekly touch base — so you always know what's working and what's next.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Our contracts start at a 3-month minimum — that's about how long it takes to actually start seeing progress. After that, it's month-to-month, so you're never locked into something long-term.
Do you work with businesses outside your local area?
Yes! We currently work with clients across Canada — content shoots are just limited to the Stratford, London, and Kitchener-Waterloo areas.
